zombie nation

OK so im actually becoming obsessed with the iron fist collection . Ive seen there shoe collection a few times when ive been in schuh but i never realised there was an actual online store. Im gonna get my v3 card on the ready . They sell everything from t's to leggings and bags to hats. Im starting college in september/october so i treated myself to the zombie bag above the prices are pretty reasonable and i think the colours are pretty class. I found it really hard to choose between the zombie bag and wearwolf bag as they are both amazing!! i think il deffo be buying the unicorn bag next. it will have to be oreder online though :(

80's

Im actually in love with 80's fashion . im going out tonight i might use some of madonnas old religious mixed with lace looks. not really sure yet. I have to say i really wish i got to experience the 80's as a teenager like my mam did. Im in proper love with the over sized denim jackets cant wait to get one when im payed on Tuesday.

grey more like nay!

OK so am i the only one thats noticed this new trend thats hit all the celebs lately seriously what is with people dying their hair grey ! now a silver tone i can handel like kelly osbournes but lady gaga and audrey kitching WTF . Now as some of you might know i have an obsession with miss kitching herself ( hence the pink hair attempt ive done myself a few times) but is there any need to age yourself any quicker isnt it usually the opposite look people usually go for? I do think audrey pulls it off quite well but gaga just looks like the witch from snow white! gotta be honest gaga i love you to bits but this is not a  look i admire personally. But ladies if thats what you admire go ahead.

geek chic??

Ok so the nerd glass trend? I have to say when it first came out i loved the glasses but are they getting a bit over rated?? What is the deal with people actually walking around in public trying to make a fashion statement with 3D glasses missing the lenses. Honestly its a bit lame when you can buy the geek glasses in pennys for 1.50. Personally i got a bit bored of the trend but lately its coming back with new frames that im really loveing .  My faveourite have to be the heartshaped frame in the first image above.!

What geek glasses do you like? or do you think they are a thing of the past?

go back to the 90's

I am proper hating on the new grunge hair thats comeing back to the cat walks. weve all been through the 90's dont get me wrong i love the flower dress and the red velvet thats coming back dont forget the peg leg pants but i can not stand the greasy flat hair that is been shown above. Flat hair is horrible i think the only ever pulled off this look was avril lavigne and she even caught some sense after a few years.

Romantic lace

Ive actually fallen in love with lace this year! it hasnt seem to fail me yet . Black lace seems to be my fave and i love Oscar De La Rentas autumn/winter collection 2011 . The first picture above is my faveourite from his collection i love how he mixed the lace with the organza im also loveing the sparkly tights and red velvet heels very nintys!

A nice introduction

Since i was a child ive allways felt drawn to art id draw constantly i even did paintings for my nanny and grandad which they still have to this day. I kept a book full of designs i did by myself i allways felt inspired by the " grown up " clothing so i drew my own.They were always very avan garde and couldnt possibly be worn but maybe thats why my pieces today are very edgey and sharp with a twist. Ive noticed i get really inspired when i watch tim burtons movies i love how dark and twisted they are but yet so modern! id love to work on his set some day......

Another era that inspires me the most would have to be the 1950's i love the plain chic looks all the woman wore and how theyd wear bold colours with a binding in pattern or even a bold colour to match!. i love everything from the swim suits to aprons ! it was an amazing era that id love to witness for a day...
